Weekend Wakeup @ Archway.

It's one of those five-Sunday months this month and therefore we will be hosting the Weekend Wakeup Class at Archway from 11am on Sunday 29th May.

Meet outside the Archway tube station (Northern Line) and be ready for some training!

As a reminder, the Off-the-Wall jam will be starting immediately after the class and students are all welcome to join in with the fun.

Three New Classes!

Some of the more eagle-eyed users may have noticed that we added three new classes to the schedule that will be starting in July and August. With the return of team member Johann from France, he will be leading our new Discovery, Themed and Advanced classes.

This Sunday (the last sunday of the month) hosts our 'Off the Wall' free training jam. If you haven't been to an Off the Wall before, its a great way for anyone in the Parkour community to come along and train together, share tips, have fun and enjoy the day. It's open to any ability of traceur or traceuse and will have Parkour Generations instructors hanging around for any advice or help you want.

No Lee Valley Class Next Week

The video is the entire Q&A session, uncensored, with answers from many of the founding practitioners on all sorts of topics ranging from the history of the art to methods of training to overcoming mental blocks.

Our own woman behind the camera, filmmaker Julie Angel, has just today released this new film from the first American Rendezvous workshop event held in Columbus, Ohio. Teaching were 11 team members from Parkour Generations and the ADD Academy and it marked the first time the Yamakasi Founders had ever taught in the USA. The event was hosted by Ohio-based organisation Parkour Horizons, and will be again this year - this month in fact!

Bank Holiday: No Classes

Since today is part of the long bank holiday weekend unfortunately classes tonight at Moberly Sports Center and Optimal Life Fitness centre in Hither Green are both cancelled. All academy classes will be resuming normal service as of tomorrow, starting with our hugely popular Indoor class at Westminster Academy.
