Our lovely Annty Marais has been in Indonesia for the last few days having great fun! Along with a few coaches from Parkour Bandung, she lead the Girls Day Out event that saw 30 ladies and 70 guys from Bandung, Jakarta and Yogya show up and get stuck in.

Parkour in New Coldplay Video

Coldplay's video for their new single 'Charlie Brown' features some freerunning as performed by Matthew Kaye, Cole Armitage and Scott Young. The video shows a Traceur stealing a car in order to go see the band with his girlfriend (Antonia Thomas - better known as Alisha from Channel 4's 'Misfits'). We don't condone stealing cars obviously, but check out the video (below) to see the guys in action.

We've added many of the popular locations within London but have also included images to all of the spots too. We feel that the photos really help show what training you can do at the spots and what to actually look for.

Half-Term Parkour Camp

Starting tomorrow (Monday 13th February) the regular half-term Parkour Camp for kids is back on at Westminster Academy in Royal Oak. For 8 to 18 year olds, the camp is a week long drop-in course from 10am until 1pm and is a training-packed afternoon of a little bit of hard-work, a portion of playing games and a large slice of movement fun.
