We're very lucky here in London in that we often receive traceur visitors who come to train on our famous spots and meet the local community. Recently we were visited by a member of Parkourwave based in Bergamo, Italy. Marcello Palozzo completed the ADAPT Level 1 here and still found time to train! He easily fitted in with the scene and his training ethic was spot on. His video of the trip has a great feel to it and reflects the London spots and scene very well. Come back soon Marcello!

It is followed almost immediately by our new Adult Academy at 8pm in the same room at the Devon Way Community Centre. New Class at LEAP

Starting next week (25th June) we will be running a Monday night class for all abilities at our purpose-built Parkour park - LEAP. The new class will be run by Blane and meets at Westminster Academy Sport at 7pm running until 8:30pm.

Please note: you will not be required to take a LEAP induction as there will be a qualified coach supervising each session.

A sunny day in London and Day Two of the current ADAPT 1st4Sport Level 2 Coaching Qualification for Parkour / Freerunning is now complete, with Sebastien Foucan, Kush Hasimi, Joe Read and Mitch Lee giving everything they have and showing great spirit and ability throughout what is a very long and demanding set of assessments.

This particular round of assessments has one of the founders of the discipline - Sebastien Foucan - taking part in order to become a fully qualified coach. Seb has been training hard for the assessments and is in great shape, as always.

NEW VIDEO: Shirley in Zaggora

We recently collaborated with film-maker Sunny Midha to create this new short music video for women's fitness clothing group Zaggora. Team Member Shirley Darlington donned the green clothing and Zaggora Hotpants for the shoot, and you can see the finished edit at the link. We think Sunny did a great job with the edit, doing well to show the dynamism, speed and power of these four athletes.

Roots of Movement Unleashed!

Tickets for the epic Parkour event that is Roots of Movement has just been released as the event runs on the 4th and 5th of August this year. Glasgow's Kelvinhall Sports Centre will once again host the event and a five-strong group of Parkour Generations athletes will form part of the experienced coaching team.
