Naomi has an extensive background in sport and has always been drawn to physical activity and challenge. She first encountered parkour in 2006 and immediately fell in love with the art and has been training hard ever since. She has put huge amounts of energy and commitment into helping develop the female practising community, and is widely regarded as one of the strongest women in parkour. With a teaching background, she is also passionate about the potential parkour has for helping young people develop, seeing that the discipline grasps their attention in a singularly dynamic way. She has been a great advocate for the discipline in the media, providing interviews for newspapers, magazines and radio shows as part of an ongoing effort to raise awareness and educate the public correctly about the inclusive nature of the art.
Based in central London, when not practising parkour Naomi works as a management consultant.
