Thomas Couetdic

Thomas started training in parkour in 2001, travelling to Lisses, Paris - one of the cradles of the discipline - in order to devote himself to the practise and learn from the best. First introduced to parkour by Seb Goudot, Johann Vigroux and Michael Ramdani, Thomas also counts Stephane Vigroux and David Belle as traceurs who strongly influenced his own training.

Thomas’s early years in the discipline were focussed around frequent and intense training trips to Lisses, but most of his practice was carried out alone in his hometown of Tours in France.

Recognised as a leading practitioner of parkour, Thomas has both taught and displayed in many different countries, and his online journal is a source of inspiration to many traceurs the world over. Among his many exploits, Thomas appeared in the action movie Babylon A.D. and took part in the Madagascar leg of the parkour world tour with David Belle.

A born globetrotter, Thomas has already travelled far and wide and is always planning his next big challenge.
