Tracey Tiltman

Drawn to parkour after seeing footage of the original practitioners, Tracey threw herself into understanding the discipline and soon began training with Forrest and Dan, quickly demonstrating a rare aptitude and natural talent for parkour. She has since firmly established herself as one of the foremost female practitioners in the world, appearing in several media projects including a global advertising campaign for Nokia and various magazine shoots both in the UK and internationally.

Her example has led to an explosion in popularity of parkour amongst women in the UK, which in turn has led to Westminster Sports Unit asking her to establish a regular Women´s Parkour Generations Academy in London - an unprecedented development in the world of parkour.
