Ozzi Quintero, the man behind Hawaii Parkour, has written a nice new article on the holistic benefits of training in parkour and you can have a read on the Hawaii site HERE.

KITV news in the USA recently spent some time with ADAPT qualified instructor and Parkour Generations Affiliate Coach, and founder of Hawaii Parkour, Ozzi Quintero. The video feature can be seen here, and is a good look at Ozzi's classes, the development of the community in Hawaii, and of course the legendary parkour dog - Roxy.
