It's almost here! Next month we'll be in the United States for the third annual American Rendezvous parkour gathering event in Columbus, Ohio. The event runs for three days from May 26-28 and includes regular training sessions with all the coaching team, plus a whole load of bespoke workshop modules on specific topics critical to parkour practise - including Breaking Jumps, Creativity, Bail Training and Stealth & Touch. 

This year we will again be running the American Rendezvous 3-day training extravaganza in Columbus, Ohio in the United States, this year falling on May 26-28. 

Film-maker Julie Angel has just released another raw mini-film of our last American Rendezvous event from 2010, in Columbus Ohio, this one showing Stephane Vigroux teaching a specific rail balance drill to work the focus and determination. Film-maker Julie Angel has just released a new film showing the question & answer session with Parkour Generations and the Yamakasi Founders following the last American Rendezvous in Columbus, Ohio. The video is the entire Q&A session, uncensored, with answers from many of the founding practitioners on all sorts of topics ranging from the history of the art to methods of training to overcoming mental blocks.

Our own woman behind the camera, filmmaker Julie Angel, has just today released this new film from the first American Rendezvous workshop event held in Columbus, Ohio. Teaching were 11 team members from Parkour Generations and the ADD Academy and it marked the first time the Yamakasi Founders had ever taught in the USA. The event was hosted by Ohio-based organisation Parkour Horizons, and will be again this year - this month in fact!
