This week we have a coaching team in Cardiff teaching workshops for the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, as part of a dance summer school for professional dancers to learn new skills. Funded by the Arts Council of Wales and Ballet Cymru, the event lasts from August 15-26 and the parkour workshops are running on 25/26 August.

On 17th of July we ran a workshop at the English National Ballet, where Ballet and Parkour met for the first time. For more details of the results head over to the website here. We would like to thank Daniel Jones for making it all happen. On Sunday August 1st Forrest further introduced some parkour skills into the dance world by running another workshop in Northampton organised by Northants Dance, where local dancers and dance teachers participated with great spirit.
