The PKG Affiliate team and PKMAX Parkour (http://tinyurl.com/YamakBR2) from Brazil will hold their 5th Minas Gerais Parkour Meeting on the 10th and 11th of September. To make it happen, they have created a crowd-funding project to raise the event money and they need you to be involved.

Last month we ran a two-day seminar in Belo Horizonte, Brasil, in conjunction with our good friends at PKMax. The first two video edits of the seminar are now online, created and edited by Bruno Peixoto of PKMax, and can be seen as Part One and Part Two. During the seminar Dan, Stephane and Blane were assisted by a group of Brasilian ADAPT candidates who all did an incredible job of coaching throughout.

Today saw the 2nd and final day of the Brazilian parkour gathering in Belo Horizonte, with Dan, Stephane and Blane leading the teaching alongside the newly qualified ADAPT coaches from all over Brazil. The event was a great success, full of energy and enthusiasm and the Brazilian community displayed huge amounts of strength, skill and commitment. Yesterday saw Blane's 'Hell Night' training session, which 15 or so of the more experienced practitioners saw through to the end, showing real spirit.

Today was the final day of the ADAPT Level One instructor qualification course being held in Brazil, and all candidates have completed the course and done so very well. We have been very impressed by the level of commitment, dedication and professionalism the new coaches have displayed throughout and how focussed they are on passing on the discipline to those who want to learn. Brazil will no doubt become an important part of the global ADAPT network of instructors, and we look forward to seeing all the new coaches developing over the coming years.

Moving into the third day of the Brazilian ADAPT qualification the course from all accounts is going well and being well received. Many of the best practitioners from all over Brazil have gathered to become qualified instructors by taking the Level 1 Art Du Deplacement and Parkour Teaching (ADAPT) created by Parkour Generations and Majestic Force. Dan, Stephane and Blane are delivering the week-long course in South America and are expected to finish by the end of the week.

Following straight off the Yota shoot in Nicaragua, Dan, Stephane and Blane have flown over to Brazil for the first ever south American ADAPT course next week. Alongside PKMAX based in Belo Horizonte, the guys will be delivering the full qualification and then teaching at the Brazilian national parkour Jam '4th Meeting Miner Parkour' on the 17th and 18th of July.

Today Team Member Thomas ran an open seminar in Sau Paulo, Brazil, and will be there for the next few days. The seminar is organised by the guys at Parkour.com Brazil - we have done several such seminars in Brazil over the last couple of years and the scene there is doing really well, with some very serious and committed practitioners at the heart of it. Parkour Generations Team Member Thomas has just finished running a three-day seminar in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, which proved to be a great success. The event was organized by Bruno "Rachacuca" Peixoto and his "PKMAX" team, with the help of Alberto Brandão from Brasília, and funded by the National Art Foundation of Brasil. It was a 3 days workshop for a limited number of participants, and saw 20 motivated traceurs displaying great skill and determination, as well as enthusiasm for Thomas' knowledge.
