Yesterday saw Channel 4's online tv show, Bite, covering our Women's Class, with presenter Ami boldly throwing herself into the training. The piece will air soon at the Channel 4 sitelink above. Huge thanks to all the students for allowing themselves to be filmed during the class!

On Wednesday 15th of August Parkour Coaching will be shooting some innovative ident material for Channel 4 in London, this time mainly using POV cameras that allow the viewer to see exactly what the traceur sees as he or she moves. We are very happy to have Cable and Blake of the Saiyans also on board for the project.

Thanks to all involved in today's shoot - it proved a huge success and Channel 4 were very happy with the end results. Thanks to CPK, Dom, Ramon, Blake and Cable for working so hard to produce the perfect end product!
