Later this month we will be running the UK's inaugural ADAPT Level 2 coaching qualification course in London via NGB Parkour UK, running for about ten days. Participants are coming from all over the world to take the course, most of whom were some of the first to pass the Level 1 qualification over two years ago.

Film-maker Julie Angel has just released another raw mini-film of our last American Rendezvous event from 2010, in Columbus Ohio, this one showing Stephane Vigroux teaching a specific rail balance drill to work the focus and determination.
