Lee Valley Parkour Course

Next month Parkour Generations will be running a Parkour Course in conjunction with Lee Valley Park’s Sports Development Team for twelve weeks. The course starts from September 14th to November 30th 2011 on Wednesdays from 19:30 to 21:00.  All ages and levels are welcome and it cost £79 for all 12 weeks.

The course is a 2-day seminar covering the most important aspects of teaching parkour to others, and is a very useful step for anyone on the way to the full ADAPT Instructor Certifications being launched in the first week of September this year.

These are open to all, not just those planning to pass the Certification this year, and the first course will be held on August 18/19 in London and will be principally taught by Stephane and Forrest.
