This week we are running workshops at AST Dance Central Foundation Girls School in Tower Hamlets, east London. The dance students there will be introduced to parkour training and movements in order to expand their overall skill and ability in dance. The school is an innovative place and we have seen great success result form introducing parkour to dancers from all walks of life.
