This weeks video of the week is Anthow 2011, Juste du Parkour - Miramas (FRANCE) from Parkour13sang40

A video from French traceur Anthow whose own style of parkour is very controlled and fluid. The video is full of running precisions, spins and flexibility of movement. The building ascent at 2:17 is very swift and inventive and is probably my favourite part.

The highly anticipated and successful Morzine Parkour camp will be kicking off next week and this is a last reminder for anyone wishing to go to get their bookings in before we have to switch off the paypal link on the page. If you've previously paid a deposit and are still needing to send the remaining balance then it would be best to get that in over the weekend too.

Last week French TV channel France O came to film at one of our Indoor Academy classes and will be running a piece next month on national TV over there. With the Academies continuing to expand rapidly, we are receiving even more media interest in the developments so to all students please try not to land on any camera people during training.. ;)

Between the 16th-18th of this month a team from Parkour Generations will be performing live demonstrations alongside our partners Majestic Force in France at the Salon Du Cinema movie festival, the biggest event of its kind in Europe which brings film-makers, actors, artists, the latest movie technologies and fans together under one roof. The event should be quite a spectacle and the demonstrations will introduce parkour to a whole new generation of movie makers and audiences alike.
