Seb Foucan, one of the discipline's founding practitioners, will be swapping his trainers for ice skates this year as he appears on ITV's Dancing on Ice..!

The show runs every Sunday on ITV in the evenings, and should prove.. erm.. entertaining! Seb has enjoyed the training process thus far, and is confident he will at least give it his best shot. Good luck to him! 

A few weeks back some of our Performance Team worked with Yamakasi founder Seb Foucan on ITV's brand new charity fundraiser show, TEXT SANTA, creating a fun little piece to promote the highly worthwhile campaign.

Next week a team of athletes from Parkour Generations will be working alongisde Sebastian Foucan on a major new charity initiative and entertainment event by ITV for Christmas, Text Santa, to raise awareness and money for those most vulnerable during the festive period.

UK's ITV News came to visit one of our workshops courses for youngsters today, the Westminster Summer University sessions, and aired this piece on the news today. The session was in the safe hands of Chris and James at the Westminster Academy Sports Centre, who then took the news anchor out to a nearby training spot to see how he would fare... not bad, as it turns out..
