Ordinarily on the second Sunday, for January the fabulous Women's Jam has been pushed back a week to make space for the brand spangly new PKG Winterval - about which, more info here!

Bookings for our Winterval Training Day on Saturday January 8th are now open - the event of the Winter season, Winterval is one full day of training run by some of the most experienced parkour coaches in the world, with a few special guests thrown into the mix for good measure...
Held in London, Winterval is designed to kick-start your training for the new year ahead and get you out and about after the holiday slumber.
This month on November 19th there will be a fund-raising open jam in aid of the Children in Need charity.
The Jam will be held at the IMAX cinema just outside Waterloo Station in central London, starting at 10am and running for as long as people are willing to stay out. The aim is to raise awareness and collect donations for the great cause of Children in Need, so please come along, help out and support this worthwhile initiative.
MWA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HAAAAA! This month's open jam in London, Off the Wall, is the Halloween Spooksville edition and will kick off this Sunday 30th October at2pm at Elephant and Castle, inside the infamous Heygate Estate.
This month's Off the Wall jam in London is the Summer Finale Jam, to round off the season of sunshine and usher in the Autumn training phase. The Jam will kick off at 12.45pm on Sunday August 28th at the Archway training area in North London, and anyone attending should meet outside Archway tube station for that time. Come ready to train, explore the area and have a whole lot of fun...
