This month's Women's jam will be held on Sunday 28th April meeting at 1:30pm at Archway station on the Northern line.

Our newest annual event, Spring Thing - a camping and parkour adventure weekend in the glorious Peak District of the UK, is less than two months away and places are going fast. 

This weekend we were visited by some of the talented traceurs and traceuses of Oxford Parkour. They spent some time training with some of our coaches and academy students on the spots around London's Caledonian Road and a good time was had by all. Even the sun shined (for a bit)! It was great to meet them as they are working hard to get Oxford put on the Parkour map teaching classes and hosting jams in the city.

Happy autumn time!  Bring on the pumpkins, chestnuts, hat-and-scarves, bonfires, fireworks and all the glorious bumpf that goes with the season... and what better way to celebrate the new fresh and chill in the air than jumping around at the world reknowned PKG Women's Jam?!  The month's jam will be:

October Women's Jam - Sunday 14th - 1.30pm - KILBURN PARK

The most excellent PKGen Women's Jam is leaping into September, and this month's jam will be:

Sunday 9th - 1.30pm – WESTBOURNE PARK

Meet outside Westbourne Park tube station (hammersmith & city line) in time for a 1.30pm start!

This month, the Parkour Generations Women's Jam will be: 

Sunday 13th May 2012 - 1.30pm – VAUXHALL

Meet to the right of the Royal Vauxhall Tavern (not Goding St but just the other side of the tavern, in the paved area) in time for a 1.30 start!

Happy New Year!  I hope 2012 is treating you just glorious so far and lovely christmasses were had by all.  The new year is kicking off in style with various parkouring extravaganzas...  Ordinarily on the second Sunday, for January the fabulous Women's Jam has been pushed back a week to make space for the brand spangly new PKG Winterval - about which, more info here!

December joy to you all!  I hope you're all having a lovely winter thus far and wrapping up well against the chill.  What better way to keep warm that to leap around estates in the manner of joyful traceuses this Sunday!

Bookings for our Winterval Training Day on Saturday January 8th are now open  - the event of the Winter season, Winterval is one full day of training run by some of the most experienced parkour coaches in the world, with a few special guests thrown into the mix for good measure... 

Held in London, Winterval is designed to kick-start your training for the new year ahead and get you out and about after the holiday slumber.
