This past weekend saw many of the team down at our LEAP training facility in central London for an action shoot with film-maker Julie Angel, to put the finishing touches on a new documentary that has been commissioned about the creation of the world's first official managed parkour park.
Following a temporary closure to install CCTV, London's LEAP park has now been reopened and is available for training sessions again. For further info on prices etc. click here.
Due to the installation of new CCTV equipment we regret to inform you that the LEAP park will be closed from today (Monday 23rd April) until further notice.
We will, of course, confirm when the park is back up and running, so watch this space!
Today saw us running a celebratory day of workshops for the London 2012 Ambassadors reunion - those individuals who went to Singapore all those years ago along with Lord Seb Coe and other sporting legends to win the rights for London to hold the Olympics.
This week, Thursday 19th April, we will be putting the 20 ambassadors who won the right to have the 2012 Olympics in London through their parkour paces.
You will now be able to find all information about the brand new LEAP park including the contact details, induction process, location and pricelists at the webpage : parkourgenerations.com/LEAP
The park is the worlds first outdoor managed training facility dedicated to Parkour and has been created in conjuction with Parkour Generations, ParkourUK and the City of Westminster.
Last week saw the opening of LEAP, London's first and the world's largest managed parkour training facility. At the launch day, Westminster's news team caught up with Dan to explain a little bit about it.
So here it is... WINTERVAL! The inaugural Winter training day to kick-start your year of practice in traditional, old-skool style: cold, concrete, metal, movement and suffering... in the best possible way ;)
