Several of the team have just returned from a few days training in Lisses, France, one of the birthplaces of parkour and home to the iconic 'Dame du Lac' climbing monolith. Dom, Blane, James, Alli and Brian all made the trip and captured some great footage and photos of the action as they tore the old place up... and we'll have some of that up on the site in due course so check back soon.
