This weekend we were visited by some of the talented traceurs and traceuses of Oxford Parkour. They spent some time training with some of our coaches and academy students on the spots around London's Caledonian Road and a good time was had by all. Even the sun shined (for a bit)! It was great to meet them as they are working hard to get Oxford put on the Parkour map teaching classes and hosting jams in the city.

A good cardio workout on occasion should be part of all Traceur's training schedules and we've been asked by our friends at the London Santa Run to spread the message about their 6k race around Battersea park for charity. The race is scheduled for the 1st of December and you should enter at least for the santa suit you get to keep afterwards (even if it will be a bit sweaty). Click the link here to find out more.

At the end of this month we'll be collaborating with play awareness group, Article 31.1, for a day of workshops, fun and play at Weaver's Field,  Viaduct Street, Bethnal Green, London E2 0BH. The public are welcome to come and get involved and it promises to be an interesting day, alongside urban explorers, kite flyers and even a bit of ping-pong ;)
