Tomorrow's Off the Wall Jam in London will be meeting at Mile End Tube Station, 12:45pm. We will be leaving the station at 1pm to head to the training spot for the day, which will be the fantastic Victoria Park - boulders, gaps, and fun aplenty.

This week's ADAPT 1st4Sport Level 1 Coaching Qualification course hosted by NGB Parkour UK has just got underway in London, with Forrest delivering the course and Dan assessing on the final day. Following last week's fully booked ADAPT course in the USA, demand for the qualification is higher than ever and it's great to see so many practitioners serious about becoming a recognised coach.
Tomorrow a few of the team will be shooting in London with photographer Ben Knight, whose portrait work in particular is quite stunning. We'll be blitzing a central London location and we'll have the results of the shoot on the gallery soon for all to see.

Yesterday saw the start of our brand new North London Academy Class on Wednesday evenings at the amazing Lee Valley Athletics Centre in Edmonton, and it got off with a bang -the centre has graciously permitted our coaches to use anything at all within the grounds of the establishment, both indoors and out, and there is some fantastic training equipment there. It's the home of many of our national level athletes, and it's easy to see why.
As of next week, March 9th, we will be opening a new Academy Class in North London! The class will run on Wednesdays from 7-9pm at the prestigious Lee Valley Athletics Centre in Edmonton, North London.
Today we are delivering a day of free workshops as part of Pro-Active London's 'Unity in the Community' event at Paddington Recreation Ground, from 9.30am-4.00pm. The event is in partnership with Westminster Sports Unit and London StreetGames who will be offering a range of free sports for all under 16 year olds to try. For more information click here. Tomorrow, Sunday 25th July, we will be running free open workshops for the London 2012 Olympic Challenge, part of the 2012 Open Weekend of challenging activities going on around the country. Sunday's event starts at 10am and will be held at the Hawker Centre in Kingston. All are welcome!
This weekend has seen members of the team down at Crystal Palace to support the London Youth Games 2010. The Balfour Beatty London Youth Games consist of 60 competitions in 30 different sports catering for all Londoners aged between 7 and 17. The team have been providing Parkour workshops to the athletes and supporters between all the competitions and raising awareness about our own discipline.
