Recently a few of our team provided the action for a photoshoot with award winning photographers Palmer + Pawel, who are finalists in the Sony World Photography Awards 2011. The images, which were shot using innovative light-strip technology attached to the athletes, can now be seen on the Palmer + Pawel website and we think it is one of the most original and stunning photography styles yet to be combined with parkour.

We are pleased to announce the addition of a new team member in Naomi Honey, one of the longest practising women in the UK and a great representative of the discipline all round. Naomi can often be found training out and about in London and is ever-present at our regular Women's Jams on the second Sunday of each month. Welcome on board!
