Recently National Governing Body Parkour UK was showcased on Sky Sports News, with Sebastien Foucan - one of the founders of the discipline - acting as a spokesperson.

Sky Sports recently spent a couple of days with us, talking to some of the team and covering one of our Youth Sessions at London's LEAP facility. The result: a fantastic feature that actually goes a little bit more in-depth into what parkour is and why people practise it. And this time we get to hear from the most important practitioners of all - the new generations of young people taking it up at an amazing rate. 

Well worth a watch, if only for Fizz's gorgeous new red hair ;)

Today's launch of our brand new L.E.A.P training facility in London was a huge success, with dignitaries attending form the Lord Mayor's office, the Cabinet office, City of Westminster, Sport England, London 2012 and more, along with a host of press and camera-people. 

Yesterday the UK's ITN News interviewed Dan for a news feature on the fast-growing teaching of parkour in schools and the development of new instructors across the country. We'll have details on the piece before it goes out.

Recently the people from Lovemoney.com, an organisation that looks at way to help people save money, visited our London Academy classes in order to ascertain whether parkour is a frugal way of getting fit and in shape.
