This March 4th we will once again be running a day of parkour workshops at the annual National Junior Indoor Rowing Championships (NJIRC) which will take place at the awesome Lea Valley Athletics Centre in North London. The event is a major part of the London Youth Games, and we will have a team of coaches running open access workshops all through the day. Come on down!

16th March this year will again see us providing a day of workshops for the National Junior Indoor Rowing Competition, taking place in Battersea Evolution, Battersea Park, London. NJIRC is the world's largest indoor rowing championships, organised annually in London by London Youth Rowing, and is always a high-energy and highly popular day. We will be there all day, from 9.30am-5.00pm delivering workshops for the thousands of people who attend the event. Come on down if you can!

As reported earlier in the week, a five man team of coaches from Parkour Generations was sent down to Battersea, London to hold workshops alongside the National Junior Indoor Rowing Championships (NJIRC). The day was a huge success and the team had a constant queue from the two thousand participants all wanting to get on the equipment! Watch this space for details on next year's event.
