Our shoot with Norwegian TV's 'Golden Goal' has been aired in Norway and a video of the segment has appeared on YouTube. It features Chris putting the presenter through his paces in the basics of Parkour before unleashing Pete and Axel in the Heygate estate.

A small group of practitioners from London including our very own Leon Lawrence and Stephen Moss have just returned from a trip to Norway where they trained with Stord Parkour in Leirvik. Stord Parkour is run by Gareth Whittaker who teaches on a regular basis at schools using his ADAPT qualification. Gareth also runs adult classes at various spots in the town.
