The first Off The Wall London Jam of 2011 falls on Sunday the 30th of this month, kicking off at 1pm. The meeting place is outside Mile End tube station in East London, and we'll be heading to Victoria Park for the fun and frolics, maybe stopping at one or two extra spots along the way. The Jams are completely free gathering events that bring together practitioners from all over the country to train, share knowledge and tips, and generally have a whole lot of fun.

This coming Sunday, November 28th, we will be holding the free London jam 'Off the Wall' in the Lewisham/Greenwich area. The jam will gather outside Lewisham station on the DLR line for a 1.30pm start, and will begin with a long game of 'Ground Zero' as it makes its way to the Greenwich training area. Off the Wall is a completely free training day organised in London every month, and provides a great opportunity for practitioners of all levels of ability and experience to get together, exchange ideas and training methods, and to learn and share knowledge.

This month's Off the Wall Jam in London will be the Halloween edition, entitled Spooksville... As always the jam will be on the last Sunday of the month, this time on the 31st October starting at 1.30pm at the famed IMAX steps outside London Waterloo station. The Jams are totally free gatherings of practitioners from all over the country, and we always have a few of the team on hand to give help or advice where needed. Archway will be playing host to our popular monthly Off-The-Wall jam. The get-together is a completely free gathering of traceurs and traceuses of all ability levels to share knowledge and train together. For any new practitioners its a great way to get involved in the community and get to meet new faces. Meet outside the Archway tube station on Sunday 26th from 1.30pm to go and head over to the local training spots. Unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances we are changing the location of both the Weekend Wakeup Class and the Off the Wall Jam to Elephant and Castle. For the class, please be outside the shopping centre exit of E&C tube at 11am. The Jam will start from 1.30pm (also meeting outside the same tube station) after the class. Sorry for the confusion!

Our monthly 'Off the Wall' Jam this Sunday 29th August will be held at Abbey road from 1.30pm. People who wish to come along should meet outside the Kilburn Park tube station ready to run over to the spot. Otherwise, for any others who know the location of the training area, please feel free to meet at the estate. Note that the Weekend Wakeup class will also be held at the same location, so please also meet outside the Kilburn park tube station from 11am ready to move on to the running tracks in Paddington Rec.

Our hugely successful Monthly 'Off the Wall' Jam will be held at Vauxhall this month on Sunday 25th July from 12.30pm. Always great fun and a superb event to get involved with the community, this month celebrates the infamous Mr Bounce's birthday with a load of weird games, wacky challenges and a dash of parkour training. This months 'Off the Wall' Jam will be held at Archway from 1pm on July 4th. Practitioners from all ability levels and experience are welcome to come along and join in the fun at our monthly (completely free) event. Its a great way to meet, train and socialise with other traceurs and traceuses from around the world who come to our monthly get-togethers. If you're completely new to the discipline then this is a perfect way to along and meet some of the Parkour Generations team and have a chat about anything to do with parkour.

This months Off-the-Wall Jam will be held on Sunday 30th at Elephant and Castle estate from 1.30pm. The gathering is a monthly event which is open to anyone and everyone to come and train, have fun and socialise with other traceurs and traceuses from all over the country. Whether you are an absolute beginner or seasoned veteran the event is a great way to share tips, train and enjoy an afternoon with other parkour practitioners. Team members from Parkour Generations will also be at hand for any questions or queries you may have regarding any of the aspects of the discipline. See you there!
