Following a private tuition class a few months back with the ladies from Polestars, Parkour Generations is teaming up with the List of Life group to provide parkour orientated stag and hen party experiences to the public. At the end of the month Forrest will be leading a stag group through the basics of parkour and give the participants a closer look at what it takes to become a traceur.
