Film-maker Julie Angel has just released a new film showing the question & answer session with Parkour Generations and the Yamakasi Founders following the last American Rendezvous in Columbus, Ohio. The video is the entire Q&A session, uncensored, with answers from many of the founding practitioners on all sorts of topics ranging from the history of the art to methods of training to overcoming mental blocks.
