A reminder that this Sunday we will be running open workshops and training sessions at Hyde Park as part of the Royal Parks Half Marathon charity event. 

Keeping up with tradition, we will be delivering day-long workshops at the Royal Parks Half Marathon event held at Hyde Park in central London for our fifth year.  The event this yearwill take place on Sunday 9th October 2011 at Hyde Park and we will be right in the centre of the fitness festival running open workshops for the public. Completely free to attend, many of the team will be on site to share their knowledge, so come on down and get involved.
