Parkour Generations Team Member Seb Goudot recently spent a few days in Poland teaching a seminar in Lodz. The trip included training with the Arte Team, and attending the seminar were Polish traceurs from Lodz, Cracow, Warsaw and Kalisz. The seminar was part of the European project "Parkour: Feel the City", and went down very well with all who attended. Seb had a great time, making some good connections and helping once again to bring the parkour community closer together!

Lisses traceur Seb Goudot will be joining us in London next week for a few days to take part in the shoot we are doing for Il Ponte, the Italian fashion company. A remarkable athlete renowned for his strength, Seb's involvement will always raise the bar on any performance..!

We are happy to announce a new addition to the Parkour Coaching Team in Sebastien Goudot, a.k.a. 'Gouda'. Seb is well known amongst the parkour community as being one of the most diligent and focussed practitioners in Lisses, as well as always being willing to share his prodigious knowledge with any who visit the famous suburb of Paris.
