The team have just finished a busy two weeks in the United States and Canada, running ADAPT coaching qualification courses and training seminars for the Stateside communities. 

Dan, Blane, Chris, Dom, Annty, Forrest, Ozzi, Joseph and Thomas were joined by Chau Belle, Ben Odoyer and Tony Thich of the ADD Academy in France, and accompanied by legendary film-maker and photographer Julie Angel and Andy 'Kiell' Day.

Run, Jump, Shoot

On the 19th May the Royal Institute of British Architects will be hosting our very own Andy 'Kiell' Day as he co-presents a talk on Parkour photography. The talk is followed by an actual photography session with some of our own athletes providing the action. If you want to learn how to shoot Parkour well or to improve your own shots, this may be your chance to learn from the best.

It's almost here! Next month we'll be in the United States for the third annual American Rendezvous parkour gathering event in Columbus, Ohio. The event runs for three days from May 26-28 and includes regular training sessions with all the coaching team, plus a whole load of bespoke workshop modules on specific topics critical to parkour practise - including Breaking Jumps, Creativity, Bail Training and Stealth & Touch.
