With the Summer looming and London 2012 charging over the horizon it's already clear that parkour in 2012 will be busier than ever before, which is a great thing for the discipline and for all those newcomers who will benefit from being exposed to it. 

Film-maker Julie Angel has just released a new film showing the question & answer session with Parkour Generations and the Yamakasi Founders following the last American Rendezvous in Columbus, Ohio. The video is the entire Q&A session, uncensored, with answers from many of the founding practitioners on all sorts of topics ranging from the history of the art to methods of training to overcoming mental blocks.

There is a host of international seminars coming up at which we will be teaching, with more being planned all the time. First up next month we have Ecce Parkour in Rome, Italy from 21-23 May, followed by the first ever American Rendezvous in Ohio, Usa from May 28-30.
