Team member Shirley has just released a healthy-eating blog created with Traceurs in mind. The blog, entitled 'Munkey Chews' will feature training ideas and stories, food reviews, recipes and many other things that will be of interest to anyone training Parkour. Shirley has a bit of a reputation when it comes to food as she bakes healthy versions of cakes and other treats that the team demolish every time they are offered some.
Director extraordinaire Julie Angel has just released a new video entitled 'Movement of Three' which features our very own Fizz, Shirley and Annty training and having fun in various London spots. It's a great little watch and has a good feel to it.
Spikes+Heels, the fitness website for 'badass women', recently caught up with Team Member Shirley Darlington for a quick interview about training, parkour, life and everything else. You can read the whole feature on their website HERE to find out what goes on in the mind of Ms Darlington...
We recently collaborated with film-maker Sunny Midha to create this new short music video for women's fitness clothing group Zaggora. Team Member Shirley Darlington donned the green clothing and Zaggora Hotpants for the shoot, and you can see the finished edit at the link. We think Sunny did a great job with the edit, doing well to show the dynamism, speed and power of these four athletes.
Recently The Dairy Council approached us to support its 'Milk It For All It's Worth' campaign, co-financed by the European Union, to raise awareness of the health benefits of drinking milk.
Today saw team member Shirley Darlington shooting a dynamic new video for the Dairy Council. The goal is to raise awareness of the benefits of both athletes and kids drinking milk, to repair muscles and maintain healthy, strong bones.
