Very soon veteran practitioner Johnny 'Sticky' Budden will be embarking on his 1000 Miles of Parkour run in aid of Motor Neurone Disease from the northern tip of the UK all the way to the birthplace of the art in Paris, France. This unique journey will involve him running over a marathon a day for about a month, using parkour to overcome any obstacle in his path, and hooking up with traceurs in various cities to join him for a spell before he moves on.
