Don't forget this Sunday will play host to April's Women's Jam at Elephant and Castle Haygate Estate.

Sunday 17th April 2011 - 1.30pm - ELEPHANT AND CASTLE - Womens Jam

Meet outside Elephant and Castle tube station shopping centre exit in time for a 1.30 start! We'll take a short and relaxed jog to the spot where we'll warm-up together in preparation for the joys of Elephant ;)

A repeat of an interview with team members Agota and Naomi was aired on BBC 4 Radio this morning which contains an insight to the benefits the discipline can bring to women and their fitness.

The ladies of Parkour Generations have just setup a Facebook group for all traceuses around the world to post photos, share opinions, recount your training sessions and catch up on the latest news.

These past few days Agota, one of Parkour Generations' most dedicated female practitioners, has been in Munich meeting some

of the German and Austrian traceuses in order to train and exchange

knowledge. Agota had a great time and was very pleased to see how passionate about parkour the girls were, and the day was extremely productive for all who attended. Thanks to everybody who made the day so enjoyable, and PKGen looks forward to welcoming several of the traceuses to our Academy Classes when they visit us in London this summer.
