Sky Sports recently spent a couple of days with us, talking to some of the team and covering one of our Youth Sessions at London's LEAP facility. The result: a fantastic feature that actually goes a little bit more in-depth into what parkour is and why people practise it. And this time we get to hear from the most important practitioners of all - the new generations of young people taking it up at an amazing rate. 

Well worth a watch, if only for Fizz's gorgeous new red hair ;)

Right now several of the Team are shooting some classic action with a camera crew from Sky TV. 

This weekend we will be in Leicester shooting a new commercial for charitable organisation Somewhereto_ and TV partners Channel 4. 

Seb Foucan, one of the discipline's founding practitioners, will be swapping his trainers for ice skates this year as he appears on ITV's Dancing on Ice..!

The show runs every Sunday on ITV in the evenings, and should prove.. erm.. entertaining! Seb has enjoyed the training process thus far, and is confident he will at least give it his best shot. Good luck to him! 

A few weeks back some of our Performance Team worked with Yamakasi founder Seb Foucan on ITV's brand new charity fundraiser show, TEXT SANTA, creating a fun little piece to promote the highly worthwhile campaign. 

Well, kinda. 

This week we will be filming for Nippon TV's hit show, ITTEQ; the most popular variety programme in Japan for the last three years running. The show has a public of 20,000,000 people and airs in Japan every Sunday night at 8pm - so this will help bring the discipline to a whole new, and very large, audience. We'll have a link to the footage once it's available.

Over the last couple of months we have had one of our team members, Brian, filming for a new Channel 5 TV show called How to take Stunning Pictures". The show looks at photography from different perspectives, and one section is focussed on how a parkour practitioner views and shoots the city landscape and then helps him to improve his photography with some expert guidance from world renowned photographer Charlie Waite.

Yesterday we filmed a piece entirely in 3D for the new series of Channel 5's hit TV show, The Gadget Show. This, as far as we know, the first time that parkour has been shot in 3D and we are very excited to see the results. The episode will feature when the new series begins soon, and we will of course have the feature up here as soon as it's ready ;)

Earlier today the BBC aired an episode of hit show No Hats No Trainers featuring several of our Developing Athletes in action with Team member Alli also giving his thoughts on the discipline.
