Due to YouTube being banned in China we often don't see much of the Chinese Traceurs and Traceuses but this week's video confirms that they are doing well! Zhang Yi Jie from the Beijing Urban Monkeys team busts out some huge movements both in local spots and at the PK parks they have created. It's great to see Parkour growing in China and we look forward to more from these guys!

This week's video was made by our very own Peter McKee and his friends from Coatbridge in Scotland. It features Pete and Coatbridge Parkour's Connor Smillie training around an abandoned building until they are chased by a gunman armed with Airsoft equipment. It's beautifully shot and features some great movements around what looks like an incredible spot.

We're big fans of the Gazlian Urban Project here in the video den at PKGen. Their videos are often well shot, have great soundtracks and feature some huge movements. This week's video is no exception. Entitled 'Feeling Good' after the Muse track used for the soundtrack, there are plenty of huge precisions, catleaps and kongs along with some interesting inventiveness.

It shows the exploration and fun had as they meet everyone and train in all the famous spots in London and Cambridge amongst others.
