Starting from next month, the weekend wake-up class will be changing its Bethnal Green location to Latimer Road instead. For more information and map locations regarding the weekend class, please head on over to our classes page HERE.

Weekend classes taking off!

On top of our very popular and long-running academy classes, beginners, youth, womens and school workshops, the new weekend wake-up class seems to be becoming a big hit for all those wanting to get some structured training done on the Sunday morning between 11am and 1pm. Yesterday saw a great group of around twenty practitioners getting to grips with some cardio work, balancing, scaffolding movement, koalas and foot placement drills.

Our brand new 'Weekend Wake-up' outdoor classes continue tomorrow, Sunday morning 11am-1pm, and meets at Vauxhall station, across the road outside the Royal Vauxhall Tavern pub on Goding Street. These classes rotate around four different park locations in London every Sunday morning. No need to book, just come along for a fine way to start your Sunday with Blane and Andy... Weekend Work!

We're all over the place this weekend: Saturday we'll be at Gilwell 24, running a day of workshops for the Scouts. Sunday we'll be at two separate London festival - Westminster's Church Street Festival for young people and the Kilburn Grange Park Festival in Camden, delivering day-long workshops and demos at both events. Also on Sunday we'll be running a journalist from Australia's Sydney Herald newspaper through his paces, and of course the Women's Jam will be happening from 12pm onwards on the same day. Pick an event and come join us!

Weekend Workshops: Saturday 2nd

This Saturday we will be running public workshops for Wiltshire Council at Salisbury High School from 1-5pm, and also for the Queens Park Festival event at Queen's Park in the borough of Westminster from 1-6pm. This past week saw us running programmes for Brent's Parkour Camp, North Wiltshire Council, Norwich Council and Positive Futures in London, all of which were great successes. Our teaching schedule for the next few months is just as full, so anyone wishing to book a course should get in touch very soon..!

Working Weekends...

Even the weekends are full for us at the moment, with two separate teaching events going on today - one for Westminster's Positive Futures programme and another for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea's Harrow Club. Both programmes help provide access to sport for children from disadvantaged areas and are parts of ongoing projects we are engaged in with those authorities.
