Bookings for our Winterval Training Day on Saturday January 8th are now open  - the event of the Winter season, Winterval is one full day of training run by some of the most experienced parkour coaches in the world, with a few special guests thrown into the mix for good measure... 

Held in London, Winterval is designed to kick-start your training for the new year ahead and get you out and about after the holiday slumber. 

Well done to James, Kush, Elena, Dylan and Naomi who braved the freezing cold, snow and ice to come along to the Sunday weekend wakeup class with Blane and Andy. Yes, it was cold, but that was forgotten while everyone jumped into doing some great drills, conditioning, balancing a few challenges and a little bit of pain training to warm the body up.
