Umea Women's Jam

Fresh back from Umea, in Sweden, team traceuses Annty and Shirley were training and coaching with some of the girls on the 27th and 28th of August.
Saturday morning was a women jam only with the afternoon dedicated to a discussion regarding gender equality within parkour. Sunday morning saw a mixed male and female jam followed by an afternoon discussion about creating some kind of collaboration/association between traceuses over the world.

Tomorrow's Women's Class will be held at the Elephant and Castle training spot, the Heygate Estate, Thursday May 5th. Anyone attending should meet outside the Shopping Centre exit of Elephant and Castle tube station for a 7pm start and be ready for action ;)

Women's Jam: Sunday 10th Jan

This Sunday sees the first Women's Jam of the year kicking off at Vauxhall at 12pm and meeting beside the Royal Vauxhall Tavern pub across the road from Vauxhall train station - these gatherings are open to women of all levels of ability and experience, from beginner to veteran, and are totally free. A few of the PKGen team are always on hand to help out if needed, and the jams offer a great place to meet like-minded people, share training tips and mthods, and generally have a fun day's training in a relaxed atmosphere. Women's Jam: Sunday 8th November

Today, Sunday 8th November, there will be the women's open gathering in central London - meeting at Latimer Road tube station for midday and going on for as long as everyone has energy! The women's jams are open to all women no matter the level of experience or ability and a re a great way to meet other practitioner,s share training tips and generally have a great day of practice.
