Girls Jam: Sunday February 13th - London

This Sunday we will be hosting our monthly Girls Jam a the Earlsfield training location. Meet outside Earlsfield** station in time for a 1.30pm start - we'll then move to the nearby spot together, where you can prepare yourselves for a little barefoot training, should you wish to participate! For those unfamiliar with the jams, they are free and open training sessions for all women, for all levels of experience and ability. They are a great opportunity to catch up with other traceuses and to share training ideas, laughs and encouragement.

February Women's Classes: Open for Booking

February's Women's Outdoor Classes are now open for booking via the site, just follow the link above to book a slot on a coming Thursday. The women's classes are a great place to start and there are always two instructors (one male, one female) and 12 students maximum per class (all female), with experience varying from absolute beginners upwards. Whatever your level, the class will be tailored to you! The atmosphere is really friendly and supportive and you'll work on different things in every class.

Sunday Girls Jam at Elephant and Castle

This Sunday 9th January 2011 from 1.30pm at ELEPHANT & CASTLE will be the first official Womens Jam of 2011! Meet outside Elephant tube station (shopping centre exit) in time for a 1.30 start - we'll then head on down to the nearby spot for all sorts of fun. In addition, the jam will be graced with the presence, skills and advice of Parkour Generations team member THOMAS COUETDIC, who is currently in London for a short time only.

Tomorrow, Sunday 14th November, will be the monthly Women's Jam held at the Latimer Road training spot from 1.30pm onwards. The jam starts directly after the weekend wakeup class and allows any of the girls to attend both if they wish. The girls jam is a fantastic opportunity to come along and train with with other traceuses regardless of ability, age or fitness level. It's totally free and you can email girls(at)parkourgenerations.com for more detail. The jam will meet outside Latimer Road tube station on the Hammersmith and City Line for a 1.30pm start.

Sunday Shenanigans

Todays Women's Jam went well, thanks to all those who came to central London to take part at the fantastic Elephant and Castle location. The Weekend Wakeup class beforehand was busy as usual, good to see so many people out training on a Sunday morning. Today also saw one of our Developing Athletes, Daniel, doing a music video shoot in the same area - we'll have some footage of the piece up soon.
