For the next 3 days Forrest will be teaching seminars in Columbus, Ohio for the Parkour Horizons collective. Forrest's trip to Columbus will be the start of a new collaborative effort between Parkour Horizons and Parkour Generations to offer world class parkour coaching in Ohio on a semi-regular basis. The seminars will be running on October 30th and 31st and November 1st.

Tomorrow, Saturday October 17th, we begin an eight-week course of workshops for the London Youth organisation. These workshops will be held at the Attlee Community Centre, 5 Thrawl Street, London E1 6RT and will run from 2-3.30pm each Saturday. Denmark Seminar: Street Camp IV

This week, from October 15-17, team member Thomas will be guest instructing at the latest of the Street movement training camps in conjunction with Denmark's Street Movement team. These seminars are always a pleasure to run, and are held on the bespoke training facility just outside Copenhagen which is fantastic to use. The European gatherings in Denmark always have a great spirit to them, with highly experienced practitioners both instructing and attending from all over.

Sports Academies Workshops

As of October 19th we will be starting a course of workshops for the rest of the year for Sports Academies, an innovative organisation that provides sporting outlets for 3-15 year olds during school holidays. The first four sessions will happen at the Sport Academy Hampstead in Cricklewood, north-west London and run from 9.30-12.30 on October 19/22/26/29 before branching out to occur in various sports centres across London. More details of those to follow in due course.

Royal Parks Half Marathon Event

This Sunday, October 11th, we will be running free parkour workshops all day as part of the Royal parks Half Marathon charity event held in Hyde Park, London. This is the second year running that we have provided workshops for the event, which is always a huge success and a great day out in the park. This year we will also be providing the warm-up for the 'Pulse 3K' fun-run for children on the day, so good luck to those youngsters who will have Forrest for 10 minutes before their 3k run..!
