25 Box Jumps
Complete 25 Box Jumps at your maximum height from a standing start.
- -After warming up with a few sets of sub-maximal box jumps, find a box, a horse or a wall that is around your limit and repeat 25 box jumps on to the obstacle from a standing start, so NO run up or steps in are allowed.
- -You cannot use your hands to assist you and only attempts that result in you remaining on the box count.
- -Each repetition begins from standing still on the ground and ends with your hips fully extended on top of the obstacle, so don't forget to stand up as quickly as you can as soon as you land.
-Rest 1-3 minutes between attempts as required.
