Complete 50 climbups in the least amount of sets possible, within 1 hour.

 

-You can use a rail if you need to but ideally use a flat wall with no overgrip.

 

-Rest a maximum of 3 minutes between sets and do as many reps as you can each time.

 

-If you complete it in 5 sets or less then you've done very well, but finishing it at all is an achievement!

 

-You have a 1 hour time limit so if you don't quite make 50 then just do as many as you can within the time limit and try to beat it next time.

 

-Good luck and remember to stretch afterwards.
