Hold a handstand for 1 minute then complete 1 length of cat balance.
-You will need a wall and a long rail for today's challenge.
-Hold handstand position for 1 minute, either freestanding or against the wall, then hop on the rail for one length of cat balance. Try to balance at least 5 metres on all fours for each length.
-Repeat this combination 5 times, for a total of 5 minutes in handstand position and 25 metres of cat balance.
-If you can't complete the exercises in 5 sets then just aim for the overall goals and use as many sets as you need.
-If you're more experienced and need a challenge then add 5 handstand pressups to each 1 minute hold.
