Our unique Fitness Class is designed to develop and improve the physical attributes you require for regular parkour training, focusing on improving your general fitness, strength, endurance, speed and overall health. The class is held outdoors and helps you to see your local environment as your own personal gym, teaching you to utilise the space and terrain to train and develop your body. A perfect complement to your parkour practice.
All levels of ability and experience welcome with a minimum age 9+. No max age. No bookings necessary, just come along!
The Fitness Class is NOT a parkour class and as such is not included in the Monthly Membership scheme.
