The Indoor Classes focus on helping people develop the fundamental attributes for parkour while introducing them to the movement concepts and methods found in the discipline. Open to absolutely everyone, the classes encourage people to explore their potential in a controlled environment so that they can develop physical and mental confidence as well as a broad range of fitness and movement skills. Fitness and strength are at the core of parkour training and essential at the start of anyone's practice, and as such these elements form a considerable part of the class.
