The Indoor Classes are devised to explore and push your physical limits while introducing you to the concepts and movements of parkour, involving a rigorous conditioning element vital to one's progress in the discipline.
With the Indoor Classes there is no need to book in advance, just come along and dive in on any given night. Please be on time as the classes are always busy and we insist on everyone participating in a thorough warm-up before being allowed to train, in order to prevent injury and/or undue muscle soreness. Bring water, bring training gear and bring bags of energy.
What was immediately apparent was the real a mix of people from all ages and backgrounds and of differing ability. The real attraction and what perhaps makes parkour infectious is the fact it is open to all and you don’t need to own any equipment to participate. It helps train your body to be functional and the movements require a range of skills, from balance and dynamism to endurance and spatial awareness.
