Type of class : All Levels over 14
The signature classes of the Parkour Generations Academy and the world's first ever parkour class, the Outdoor Classes guide you in applying the movements of parkour to the urban terrain, and encourages creativity and mental focus.
We encourage all beginners to start at an Outdoor Class if possible so as to get a good grasp of parkour from the outset. All classes are suitable for all ability levels, and our coaches will always ensure that all students are challenged appropriately and safely while still being pushed to improve and develop.
Please do be on time or early, as if you are late to the meeting point you may well miss the group and find it hard to locate us - the classes move around a lot and there is nowhere to leave belongings during the class, so we advise travelling light!
Class Locations
Monday: LEAP Park - Meet at the entrance to Westminster Sports Academy, near Royal Oak tube station.
Wednesday: Canada Water - Meet at the tube station.
Friday: The Friday class moves location on a monthly rotation. The location for June 2013 is Kilburn Park - meet at the tube station.
The outdoor classes are the perfect place to learn parkour in it's intended environment - challenging you physically and mentally. The coaches all know how to really push you to achieve things you never though possible - amazing!
