EA / Mirrors Edge2008
In 1982, Electronic Arts was founded on ideas. We called software a new art form, and its creators were software artists. We believed that interactive was better than passive media, and that one day “software worthy of the minds who use it” would be more important than traditional media like films and television. “We see farther,” we proclaimed, with faith that Moore’s Law, the engine of Silicon Valley, would one day provide the power to put “real life in a box.” We asked, “can a computer make you cry?” and invited the new faithful to “join us.”
Mirror's Edge Project : 2008-10-23
Today Stephane, Tracey and photographer Kiell are out scouting locations for some of the upcoming promotional work we are looking at doing for the new blockbuster console game Mirror's Edge by EA Games. Some of the rooftop locations being looked at are quite spectacular, and should create some amazing imagery. Mirror's Edge is set to be a smash hit game, and is entirely based on parkour for the gameplay as you take control of the 'Runner' Faith moving across futuristic city skylines. More news on this project soon.
